Damaged or defective cells/batteries liable to react dangerously in carriage are transport category 0, shown in the document.
Cells and batteries identified under special provision 376 as damaged or defective and liable, in normal carriage, to disassemble rapidly, react dangerously, flame, overheat or release toxic, corrosive or flammable gas are put in transport category 0. The transport document must add "Transport category 0" after the special provision 376 statement.
