ADR special packing provision B13

Informative note: IMDG Code prohibits sea carriage in IBCs of UN 1748, 2208, 2880, 3485, 3486 and 3487.

B13 is a note, not a road requirement: it reminds the consignor that for UN 1748, 2208, 2880, 3485, 3486 and 3487 the IMDG Code does not allow carriage by sea in IBCs. Road carriage in IBCs under IBC08 is not restricted by it, but a journey with a sea leg would need different packaging.
