ADR special packing provision B19
UN 3532 and 3534 IBCs must be built to vent gas or vapour so pressure cannot burst them if stabilization fails.
For UN 3532 and 3534 under IBC03, the IBC design must let gas or vapour escape, so that a pressure rise after loss of stabilization cannot rupture the IBC.
Note. Appears only in IBC03. Same effect as B18 (IBC07) and PP93 (packagings, P001).
