UN 1222 and 1865 may not be carried in IBCs larger than 450 litres, because of their explosion potential.
Under IBC02, UN 1222 and UN 1865 are limited to IBCs of 450 litres capacity or less. The stated reason is the risk of explosion when these substances are carried in large volumes.
