ADR special packing provision PP21

Certain type B or C self-reactive substances must use a packaging smaller than packing method OP5 or OP6 allows.

For the type B and C self-reactive substances UN 3221, 3222, 3223, 3224, 3231, 3232, 3233 and 3234, P520 requires certain substances to be packed in a smaller packaging than packing method OP5 or OP6 respectively would permit. Which substances and which size follow from 4.1.7 and 2.2.41.4.

Note. Appears only in P520. The provision says "certain" substances, so the applicable list and limits must be read from 2.2.41.4 and 4.1.7.
