ADR special packing provision PP62
UN 0082, 0241, 0331 and 0332: no inner packagings needed if the explosive is held in liquid-impervious material.
In P116, UN 0082, 0241, 0331 and 0332 need no inner packagings when the explosive is enclosed in a material that liquid cannot pass through.
