ADR special packing provision PP7
UN 2000 celluloid may go unpacked on film-wrapped, secured pallets of up to 1 000 kg, as a full load in closed vehicles or containers.
Celluloid (UN 2000) may, as an alternative under P002, be carried without packaging on pallets, wrapped in plastic film and secured by suitable means such as steel bands. This is allowed only as a full load in closed vehicles or containers, and no pallet may exceed 1 000 kg.
