ADR special packing provision PP9

UN 3175, 3243 and 3244 packagings need a design type that passed a PG II leakproofness test; UN 3175 is exempt if liquid fully absorbed in sealed bags.

For UN 3175, 3243 and 3244 under P002, the packaging must be of a design type that has passed the leakproofness test to the packing group II level. For UN 3175 that test is not needed when the liquid is completely absorbed in solid material held in sealed bags.
