ADR portable tank provision TP1

Portable tank must not be filled beyond the degree of filling set by 4.2.1.9.2 (the 97-based formula).

Filling of the portable tank is capped at the degree of filling given in 4.2.1.9.2, which works out as 97 divided by (1 + α × (tr − tf)).

Conditions

• Degree of filling ≤ 97 / (1 + α × (tr − tf)), per 4.2.1.9.2.
