ADR portable tank provision TP2

Portable tank must not be filled beyond the degree of filling set by 4.2.1.9.3 (the 95-based formula).

Filling of the portable tank is capped at the degree of filling given in 4.2.1.9.3, expressed as 95 divided by (1 + a factor × (tr − tf)).

Conditions

• Degree of filling ≤ 95 / (1 + factor × (tr − tf)), per 4.2.1.9.3.
