Conformity assessment under 1.8.7 by the competent authority or an inspection body to 1.8.6.3 accredited to EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012 type A.

The conformity assessment procedures in section 1.8.7 must be carried out either by the competent authority or by an inspection body that meets 1.8.6.3 and holds type A accreditation to EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012, clause 8.1.3 excepted.
