ADR tank special provision TE23

Tanks must be fitted with a non-blocking device that prevents leakage and excess over- or under-pressure in the shell.

The tank must carry a device designed so the cargo cannot block it, which stops leaks and prevents excessive positive or negative pressure inside the shell. Unlike TE6, fitting it is mandatory.
