ADR tank special provision TE6

Tanks may be fitted with a non-blocking device that prevents leakage and excess over- or under-pressure in the shell.

The tank is allowed to carry a device designed so the cargo cannot block it, which stops leaks and prevents too much positive or negative pressure building up inside the shell.
