ADR tank special provision TU1

Tank may only be handed over once the substance has fully solidified under an inert gas blanket; empty uncleaned tanks are filled with inert gas.

The loaded tank cannot be offered for carriage until its contents have set solid and been blanketed with an inert gas. Once emptied but not cleaned, the tank must itself be filled with inert gas.
