ADR tank special provision TU18

Filling kept low enough that liquid heated to the safety-valve opening pressure would fill no more than 95 % of capacity; 4.3.2.3.4 not applied.

The tank must be filled only to a level such that, if the cargo warmed until its vapour pressure matched the opening pressure of the safety valve, the liquid would then take up less than 95 % of tank capacity at that temperature. The filling provision of 4.3.2.3.4 does not apply.
