ADR tank special provision TU23
Filling limited to 0.93 kg per litre of capacity by mass, or 85 % by volume.
When the tank is filled by mass, the load may not exceed 0.93 kg for each litre of tank capacity. When filled by volume, the degree of filling may not exceed 85 %.
