ADR tank special provision TU37

Tank carriage only for pathogens posing moderate individual risk and low community risk, where effective treatment and prevention exist.

Infectious substances may go in tanks only where the pathogens are unlikely to be a serious hazard. That means they can cause serious infection on exposure, but effective treatment and preventive measures exist and the chance of the infection spreading is limited, i.e. moderate risk to the individual and low risk to the community.
