IBCs other than metal or rigid plastics IBCs must be carried in closed or sheeted vehicles or containers.

Metal IBCs and rigid plastics IBCs may use any vehicle or container allowed by 7.2.1. Every other IBC type has to travel in a closed or sheeted vehicle or a closed or sheeted container.
