ADR hazard number 30

HIN 30 (orange plate): flammable liquid, flash-point 23-60 °C; molten flammable matter heated to its flash-point (>60 °C); or self-heating liquid.

Printed in the upper half of the orange-coloured plate above the UN number, 30 identifies one of three things: a flammable liquid (flash-point 23 °C to 60 °C inclusive); a flammable liquid or solid carried molten, with a flash-point above 60 °C, heated to its flash-point or higher; or a self-heating liquid. The trailing zero shows that the first figure alone describes the hazard.
