ADR special provision 142
Solvent-extracted soya bean meal with at most 1.5 % oil and 11 % moisture, essentially free of flammable solvent, is not subject to ADR.
Soya bean meal from solvent extraction is outside ADR if it holds no more than 1.5 % oil and 11 % moisture and is substantially free of flammable solvent.
