Not for substances named in Table A; substances here may hold up to 20 % nitrocellulose of at most 12.6 % nitrogen (dry mass).
Any substance listed by name in Table A must not be carried under this entry. Substances carried under it may contain nitrocellulose up to 20 %, provided that nitrocellulose has no more than 12.6 % nitrogen by dry mass.
