ADR special provision 218
Non-regulated solids mixed with corrosive liquids may use this entry without Class 8 testing if no free liquid is visible at loading or closing.
Mixtures of non-dangerous solids with corrosive liquids can go under this entry without first applying the Class 8 classification criteria, as long as no free liquid can be seen when the goods are loaded or when the packaging or cargo transport unit is closed.
