ADR special provision 335

Non-ADR solids mixed with environmentally hazardous liquids or solids go under UN 3077 if no free liquid is visible; otherwise UN 3082.

A mixture of solids not subject to ADR with environmentally hazardous liquids or solids is classified as UN 3077 and may use that entry as long as no free liquid is visible when it is loaded or when the packaging or cargo transport unit is closed. In bulk, each cargo transport unit must be leakproof. If free liquid is visible at either of those moments, the mixture is UN 3082 instead. Sealed packets and articles are exempt from ADR when they hold less than 10 ml of such a liquid soaked into a solid with no free liquid, or less than 10 g of such a solid.
