ADR special provision 383
Celluloid table tennis balls are not subject to ADR when each weighs no more than 3.0 g and a package holds no more than 500 g net.
Table tennis balls made of celluloid are outside ADR if each ball has a net mass of 3.0 g or less and the total net mass of balls in a package is 500 g or less.
