ADR special provision 640N
SP 640 letter N: "Special provision 640N" for ADR tanks; marks UN 2015 hydrogen peroxide, stabilized, above 70 %.
Under special provision 640, different tank codes within a packing group follow from the column (2) characteristics, and ADR tank consignments add "Special provision 640" with the column (6) letter — here 640N — to the transport document, unless the tank meets at least the most stringent requirements for the UN number and packing group. In Table A, 640N is on UN 2015 HYDROGEN PEROXIDE, STABILIZED or aqueous solution, stabilized, Class 5.1 (subsidiary 8), packing group I, with more than 70 % hydrogen peroxide.
