ADR special provision 640O
SP 640 letter O: "Special provision 640O" for ADR tanks; marks UN 2015 hydrogen peroxide solution, stabilized, > 60 % to ≤ 70 %.
Special provision 640 ties tank codes within a packing group to the column (2) characteristics; for carriage in ADR tanks the transport document must show "Special provision 640" with the column (6) letter — here 640O — unless the tank meets at least the most stringent requirements for the UN number and packing group. In Table A, 640O is on UN 2015 HYDROGEN PEROXIDE, AQUEOUS SOLUTION, STABILIZED, Class 5.1 (subsidiary 8), packing group I, with more than 60 % and not more than 70 % hydrogen peroxide.
