EN ISO 9994:2019 lighters and lighter refills may go under limited-quantity rules with packages ≤ 10 kg and ≤ 100 kg per vehicle.
UN 1057 lighters meeting EN ISO 9994:2019 and UN 1057 lighter refills may be carried under only parts of Chapter 3.4 — 3.4.1 (a) to (h), 3.4.2 and 3.4.3 without their gross-mass limits of 30 kg and 20 kg, 3.4.11 and 3.4.12. In return, each package may weigh at most 10 kg gross, a vehicle or large container may carry at most 100 kg gross of such packages, and each outer packaging carries a durable mark "UN 1057 LIGHTERS" or "UN 1057 LIGHTER REFILLS".

Conditions
- (a) Each package at most 10 kg gross.
