ADR special packing provision B6

For certain solids (e.g. UN 1363, 1408, 2211, 3314) the IBCs need not pass the Chapter 6.5 IBC tests.

Inside IBC08, IBCs used for UN 1363, 1364, 1365, 1386, 1408, 1841, 2211, 2217, 2793, 3314 are exempt from the IBC testing requirements of Chapter 6.5. The other general provisions of IBC08 still apply.
