ADR portable tank provision TP16

Tank must have an approved device against under- and over-pressure; relief per 6.7.2.8.3 to stop crystallization.

A special device approved by the competent authority must protect the tank against both under-pressure and excess pressure in normal carriage. Pressure relief follows 6.7.2.8.3 so the product does not crystallize in the relief valve.
