ADR portable tank provision TP26
When carried heated, the heating device goes outside the shell (for UN 3176 only if it reacts dangerously with water).
If the substance is carried under heated conditions, the heating device must be fitted on the outside of the shell. For UN 3176 this applies only where the substance reacts dangerously with water.
