ADR tank special provision TE10
Shut-off devices must not be blockable by solidified cargo; any insulation must be inorganic and free of combustible matter.
The tank's shut-off devices must be designed so that cargo which solidifies in transit cannot clog them. If the tank is sheathed in insulation, that material has to be inorganic and contain nothing combustible.
