Shell interior and every part touching the substance kept clean; no lubricant that could react dangerously with it on pumps or valves.

Inside surfaces of the shell and any component the substance can reach must be kept clean. Pumps, valves and other devices must not be lubricated with anything that could combine dangerously with the substance.
