ADR tank special provision TU35
Empty uncleaned tanks that held these substances are not subject to ADR once adequate measures have removed any hazard.
Fixed tanks (tank-vehicles), demountable tanks and tank-containers that are empty but uncleaned after carrying these substances fall outside ADR, provided suitable steps have been taken to eliminate any hazard.
