- Tank code L10DH: ADR tank code for Classes 1 and 3–9: liquid tank, 10 bar, openings D, hermetically closed. — L: tank for liquid-state substances (liquids, or solids handed over molten); 10: minimum calculation pressure of 10 bar (see 6.8.2.1.14); D: filled and discharged from the top; nothing opens below the liquid surface; H: hermetically closed (see 1.2.1) Tank provision TU4: Cargo kept under an inert gas blanket of 50 kPa (0.5 bar) gauge or more; uncleaned empty tanks likewise charged with inert gas. Tank provision TU14: Protective caps on the closures must be locked during carriage. Tank provision TU22: Fill to no more than 90 % of capacity; for liquids leave 5 % empty at an average liquid temperature of 50 °C. Tank provision TE21: Closures must be protected by lockable caps. Tank provision TM2: Tanks must additionally be marked "Do not open during carriage" and "Gives off flammable gases on contact with water". Vehicle for tank carriage: FL — Vehicle for flammable liquids (flash point ≤ 60 °C), flammable gases or UN 2015 > 60 % in tanks above set sizes.
