Bulk container codes

The type of bulk container the goods may be carried in. These codes appear in Table A column 10; ADR sets them out in section 7.3.2 of ADR 2025 (ECE/TRANS/352). 3 codes are in use, 0 reviewed. Each meaning below is a paraphrase in FreightUtils' own words, not the official text.

• BK2 · 36 rows
  Bulk carriage in closed bulk containers is allowed for the substance, subject to Chapter 6.11 and 7.3.2.
• BK1 · 25 rows
  Bulk carriage in sheeted bulk containers is allowed for the substance, subject to Chapter 6.11 and 7.3.2.
• BK3 · 13 rows
  Carriage in flexible bulk containers is allowed: max 14 t gross, height-to-width ≤ 1.1, two-year service life.
