ADR special packing provision BB4
RID/ADR only: listed flammable liquids in packing group III under 2.2.3.1.4 may not use IBCs above 450 litres.
For UN 1133, 1139, 1197, 1210, 1263, 1266, 1286, 1287, 1306, 1866, 1993, 1999 when assigned to packing group III by 2.2.3.1.4 (the viscous-substance rule), IBCs larger than 450 litres are not permitted under IBC02. This provision is specific to RID and ADR.
