For solids above melting point and hot liquids, maximum filling (%) is set by 4.2.1.9.5: 95 × dr/df.

Where a solid is carried above its melting point, or a liquid at elevated temperature, the maximum degree of filling in per cent is worked out under 4.2.1.9.5, i.e. 95 multiplied by dr over df.
