ADR tank special provision TU12
When the tank changes use, shell and equipment must be thoroughly cleaned of residues before and after carrying this substance.
If the tank is switched to a different use, all residues must be thoroughly removed from the shell and its equipment, both before this substance is loaded and after it has been carried.
