ADR portable tank provision TP41
With competent authority agreement, the 2.5-year internal examination may be waived for tanks dedicated to these organometallics.
If the competent authority agrees, the 2.5-year internal examination may be dropped or replaced by other tests or inspection methods, but only for a portable tank dedicated to the organometallic substances that carry this provision. The examination is still required whenever the 6.7.2.19.7 conditions apply.
