ADR portable tank provision TP6

Tank needs pressure-relief devices sized to its capacity and the substance so it cannot burst, even in a fire.

The tank must have pressure-relief devices adequate for its capacity and for the nature of the substance, so that it cannot burst in any situation, fire engulfment included. The device must also be compatible with the substance carried.
